the sunset was amazing last night.

from an approaching storm (that never happened).

i'm a busy little beaver at the moment.

which means increased tiredness at the end of the day.

which means i do silly things like take accidental photos when i'm trying to set my alarm on my iphone.

thought i'd share it cause it looks so warm and inviting.

might pop home and go to bed.

(bedroom update – getting there very slowly – so far i have a new bed base, extra bedside table and sheer curtains.)

missing 'my people' today.

it's mums birthday and they'll be lots of family festivities.

(it's an understandably difficult notion to leave good friends behind when you move across the country. but it's a tougher concept to have one of my best friends leave from my 'new' home.)

just a photo i found (forgot about) from a few weeks ago.

taken after a run down city beach post work (before my back/hip problems flared up again).

my super fast photoshop shortcut reflexes accidentally turned it black and white.

it was vividly blue and orange but i prefer this.

i'm a bit of a monochromatic girl though *wink*

last days of autumn

...and perth has finally started to act like it just began.

not talking my garden up in any way, but a very lush green bush turned deciduous overnight.

i just love the yellow leaves.

the red bull air race came to perth this past weekend.

i LOVE it.

it's so exhilarating to watch!!
