breakfast food



new favourite: frozen banana + mixed berries + oats + oat milk + chia seeds + honey + frozen spinach.
yes, spinach!
can't even taste it and get some bonus greens in your morning.
another new discovery is oat milk.
it's creamy and kind of nutty.
i wouldn't go drinking it by itself, but it's perfect in this drink.
this little concoction of mine is so delicious + super healthy!

I keep hearing about people putting spinach in smoothies, but had yet to find a recipe that made me want to try it.
